Carnaby is led by Chris Sheppardson and Brian Roirdan, two experienced leaders united by a shared belief in the power of hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle to shape how people live, connect, and experience the world.
With decades of insight and relationships at the highest levels of industry, Chris has built a reputation as one of hospitality’s most progressive thinkers and trusted advisors. Through ventures such as EP Business in Hospitality, Chess Partnership, and Creative Spaces, he has helped leaders and organisations reimagine the future of service, engagement, and experience.
Brian brings deep operational expertise and commercial leadership, shaped by more than two decades at the forefront of the UK’s hospitality and foodservice sector. Having held senior executive roles across major multi-site businesses, he has led organisations through transformation, growth, and operational change. Known for his pragmatic, hands-on approach, Brian combines strategic thinking with real-world delivery, making him a trusted partner to founders and leadership teams navigating complexity. At Carnaby, he works closely with portfolio businesses and partners to strengthen performance, scale operations, and build resilient organisations.
